Reiki Level 1- Energetic Body Healing® An ancient method of healing that uses Universal Life Force Energy transferred through a practitioner's hands to restore health and a sense of well being. Reiki opens and aligns us to allow us to heal our thoughts, our body and enlighten our soul. Each Energetic Body Healing® level unfolds and opens us to a deeper connection to the "Oneness".

This is a 1-day class from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. In Energetic Body Healing®, the training is based on Reiki Level 1 of the Usui System of Natural Healing but goes beyond traditional teaching to focus on the energy body, chakra system and how this method of using energy can be directed to find the source of the physical, emotional or spiritual imbalances and fills the vibrational energy need to restore balance. You will be introduced to techniques such as hand positions for treating yourself and others, as well as the knowledge and experience of energy transfer and the attunement process initiation. The attunements enhance your ability to be the facilitator of a higher source of natural energy for healing yourself as well as others. The attunement adjusts and balances your chakras and energy field to be more tuned into the energy that is all around us. You will gain an understanding of energy, feeling energy such as psychometry, vibrational energy field layers, chakras, and the use of affirmations, intentions and thought patterns. We will participate in a Native American Smudging Ceremony to cleanse the aura and room clearing. Additional healing methods discussed can enhance your treatments such as flower essences and essential oils.

All students will give and receive a complete healing treatment. The cost of this class is $200., which will include a 50-page book written by Susan Cossette, a Level I attunement and a certificate for Reiki 1 Energetic Body Healing® with Usui-Tibetan System of Natural Healing. Private training is offered; The cost for personal one on one training is $300. and offered on week days only. NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Hours = 8

Susan's Training: She completed her Reiki Master Training from Teri Johnson on April 1, 2001 after completing Reiki 1, 2, Advanced and Master with Teri. Her master lineage is from William Rand who was trained through 2 of Hawayo Takata's original 22 masters as well as 2 of the Japanese lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui. Susan trained with Patti Templin for Reiki III Advanced Training Stepping Stones To Reiki in 2001. Her journey has lead her to complete the Karuna® Reiki Master Level Training with William Rand on July 12, 2009. Susan also studied Energy Medicine - Keep Your Energies Humming with Donna Eden 2004, Healing Touch Program Level 1 with Rosann Geiser 2015, Native American Medicine, The Medicine Wheel & Sweat Lodge (Ojibwe) with Dennis Hawk 2006 - 2010, Connect to your higher self & guides, Developing your intuition part 1 & 2 - 3 courses with Donna Marie Levy 2000, Gems of Excellence - Brain/Mind Empowerment Course with Dorothy Wood Espiau 2000. Various other independent Studies on Energy throughout her 26 years in practice.
